STUDIO3306 is an independent digital creative studio based in the Maldives. We are responsible for how information collected through this website is used. Contact us at hello@studio3306.com with questions about this notice or your information.
This notice covers our website and project inquiries. Any additional arrangements for an ongoing client project are discussed separately.
What you share with us
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, project type, budget range and a description of your project. Your company name is optional. If you email us directly, we also receive the contents of your message and any information you choose to include.
Please share only what is useful for discussing your project. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or other sensitive personal information through the form.
Our hosting and infrastructure providers also process technical information needed to serve and protect the website, such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and error information.
Why we use it
We use inquiry details to respond to you, understand your needs, discuss a possible project and manage any work you ask us to undertake. We also use relevant technical information to operate the website, diagnose errors and protect against misuse.
Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We do not sell inquiry details or use them for advertising audiences.
Services that help us operate
We use service providers to host the site and handle messages:
- DigitalOceanHosts the website and processes web requests, including submitted form details, on our server.
- ResendDelivers form submissions to our studio mailbox. It processes your submitted details and email delivery information. Resend privacy policy ↗
- Microsoft 365Provides the studio mailbox where we receive and respond to inquiries. Messages and correspondence are stored there. Microsoft privacy statement ↗
- CloudflareProvides our domain registration and DNS service, which helps browsers find the website.
These providers may process information outside the Maldives. Resend states that its stored data is held in the United States, even when email is sent from another region. Providers also use their own infrastructure and subprocessors under their applicable service terms.
We may also disclose information where required by applicable law or where reasonably necessary to protect against fraud or misuse.
How long information is kept
We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle your inquiry, manage any resulting project and meet applicable legal or record-keeping obligations. The appropriate period depends on whether the conversation leads to ongoing work and whether records are still needed.
The website does not maintain a separate database of inquiries. Copies are held in our email and delivery services. Resend currently states that it retains email and log data for 30 days on its standard plans; this does not delete the copy in our Microsoft mailbox. Provider backups and records may have separate retention periods.
You can ask us to delete inquiry information by emailing hello@studio3306.com. We will explain if any information needs to be retained.
Cookies and your choices
We do not currently add advertising cookies or third-party visitor analytics to this website. You do not need an account to browse or submit an inquiry. Links to other websites are subject to those websites’ own privacy practices.
You can choose not to submit the form, or email us instead. The required form fields help us respond to a useful project brief; the company field is optional.
Questions, requests and updates
Contact hello@studio3306.com to ask about information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a concern. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have additional rights. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
We may update this notice as the website or our services change. The date above identifies the latest version.
